i98k Terms & Conditions and Service Rules

1. General Terms

This Terms of Service agreement ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between i98k and the user of the platform ("player" or "you").

The i98k platform is a secure and trustworthy digital gaming service for players in Myanmar. All games, financial services, bonuses, and rewards on the platform are subject to the terms of this agreement.

1.1 Language and Operating Hours

All times under these Terms are calculated in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30). All currencies are shown in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

1.2 Structure of This Agreement

2. Access Requirements

To use the i98k platform, players must meet the following requirements—

• Age: Must be 21+. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform.
• Personal use: Players must open an account for their own use only. Opening an account on behalf of a third party is not allowed.
• One account per person: Each player may only have one account. If multiple accounts are found, i98k reserves the right to close all associated accounts.

2.1 Minimum Age Verification

i98k may request age verification from a player at any time. If verification is not provided within 7 days of the request, the account will be temporarily suspended and the player's funds will be held pending review.

3. Account Opening and Management

3.1 Registration

Account registration is free. Players must provide accurate information at the time of registration. i98k reserves the right to immediately close any account opened with false information.

3.2 Account Security

Players are responsible for the security of their own account—

• Set a strong and complex password
• Do not share login details with any third party
• If you leave yourself logged in on a device you do not own, log out immediately

3.3 Account Ownership

An i98k account is the personal property of one individual player. Selling, transferring, renting, or handing over an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on i98k can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay—

• Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
• All deposits must be made in Myanmar currency and must not involve transfers from overseas
• All deposited funds must be owned by the player themselves
• Third-party payments are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawals

The following terms apply when making a withdrawal—

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes (typically)
• Withdrawal times may vary slightly depending on network conditions
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals are only available after the wagering requirement on any bonus has been met

4.3 KYC Verification

To protect financial security and prevent fraud, i98k may request identity documents from players. Withdrawals may be held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

i98k offers a 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Examples

Two examples to help you understand the bonus wagering requirement—

• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 40,000 Ks → total balance 60,000 Ks → wager 40,000 × 15 = 600,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus
• Example 2: Deposit 520,000 Ks → receive maximum bonus 500,000 Ks → total balance 1,020,000 Ks → wager 500,000 × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account
• If you withdraw before the bonus period ends, the bonus funds will be forfeited
• i98k reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus without prior notice
• Bonuses of players found to be manipulating or abusing bonuses will be cancelled

5.4 VIP Level Promotions

i98k has 5 VIP levels for players—

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP level progression depends on each player's gaming activity and playing patterns. i98k has the right to make all decisions regarding VIP levels.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

i98k is committed to ensuring that all players have a fair gaming experience on the platform. Game results are random and generated by unbiased technology.

6.2 Betting Decisions

All decisions related to games and bets are made by i98k's gaming system and are final. In the event of a technical error during a game, i98k will handle the affected bets based on recorded data.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following types of play are prohibited—

• Using gaming software or bot tools
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the gaming system
• Intentionally manipulating or abusing bonuses
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Any play connected to financial fraud

7. Player Responsibilities

Every player using the i98k platform must fulfil the following responsibilities—

• Only play with amounts you can afford
• Play for entertainment purposes only and do not treat it as a source of income
• If gambling-related problems arise, consult a medical professional
• Do not violate the limits set within your account
• Play in line with the responsible gaming (Responsible Gaming) policy

7.1 21+ Age Protection

i98k considers the protection of those under 21 to be the individual responsibility of each player. Do not allow access to your phone or computer in environments where children may use them.

8. Account Suspension

8.1 Closure by Player

Players may request to close their account at any time via 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be paid out after wagering requirements have been met.

8.2 Suspension by i98k

i98k reserves the right to suspend a player's account without prior notice if any of the following occurs—

• A breach of these terms is found
• Bonus manipulation or collusion is detected
• Financial fraud or illegitimate deposits are detected
• False information provided on the account is discovered
• When confirmed to be under 21 years of age

8.3 Handling of Remaining Balance

Any remaining balance in an account that has been closed due to violations will be handled based on the findings of i98k's investigation. Any legitimate play funds will be returned through the appropriate method.

11. Amendments and Changes

i98k may amend these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use of the platform by players will be considered acceptance of those changes.

11.1 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
